Q. How long will the fireworks display last?
Fireworks display with a budget between $3,000 and $5000 usually last between 10-18 minutes. Display between $5,000 and $25,000 usually last between 20-30 minutes. Marketing surveys have suggested that the crowds get tired of looking at fireworks longer then 30 minutes.
Q. What about permits for the display?
We will do the on site inspection to see what size shells can be fired. We notify the local fire department of the proposed fireworks display. We check to see if there are any local permits required in the municipality. We make application for the State Fire Marshal’s Site Permit. We provide a $9,000,000 general/excess liability insurance policy for the display. We provide the licensed technicians to discharge the fireworks. We clean the area after the display to the original condition. We provide the fireworks to be used in the display.

Once you decide to have a display and sign a contract, we at Central Maine Pyrotechnics take care of the rest. We are a full service company that takes care of all permits, on site licensed technicians from setup to discharge. We do not charge for weather problems that cause postponement.
